The iconic Asteria in Glyfada has unveiled a remarkable new experience for the southern suburbs: the opening of the Asteria Rooftop in early June.

An intimate, exclusive deck suspended above the deep blue of the Athens Riviera, overlooking the cosmopolitan Saronic Gulf, it has already been established as one of the most striking rooftop destinations of the summer season.

The experience is elevated by refined sushi crafted by John Netsitailenko, alongside the atmosphere of the Sunset Sessions every Friday—where a true holiday spirit meets the most spectacular sunset of the Athens Riviera. The evenings are accompanied by curated musical sets from John Melas and Vaggelis Tountas, who alternate appearances at the Rooftop.

Their signature sound blends string-led musical textures, subtle Anatolian influences, and deep, melodic chill-out house—creating a rich, immersive soundtrack for unforgettable sunsets.

With sophisticated design, a carefully curated beverage program featuring signature cocktails by the talented Kyriakos Stefanis, selected wines, and elevated fine bites, the Rooftop has quickly become a standout destination for summer evenings by the sea.
